Justin Costello - Managing Partner

Mr. Costello is the Chairman & CEO of GRN Holding Corporation (OTC-Pink:GRNF) and CEO of GRN Funds, LLC. Mr. Costello is also the CEO of Pacific Merchant Processing, Inc. (PMP), that handles financial transactions for high risk industries.

Mr. Costello also serves as council member of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG) in its industrial and trade division. He has consulted clients such as Goldman Sachs, Boston Consulting Group, Bain Capital, Caterpillar, Pepsi-Co, Bosch, Samsung, Phillips, and numerous global companies and investment banks. Previously he served as CEO of Spectrum Energy, Inc., an energy contracting firm and partner in Spectrum Holdings LTD. Mr. Costello is the past President at Fastenal Europe, The Netherlands (a subsidiary of Fastenal USA ). Fastenal is an industrial and building materials company servicing the Middle East and European Union with clients such as The Department of Defense, Halliburton, Bechtel, Raytheon along with military and non-military global companies. Mr. Costello is a specialist in international supply chain management design and trade. He has a solid background in logistical design for construction and industrial products and has experience in successfully setting up supply chains in The European Union, Dubai, UAE, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. He has extensive experience in international markets and traveled to Asia, Russia, The Middle East, and Europe. Mr. Costello has assisted in M&A for private equity companies and LBO firms. He specialized in the underwriting process of materials and supply chain for raw and finished materials in the industrial's section. Mr. Costello also has assisted companies in the procurement and logistics for international and global shipping (LTL, maritime, air freight).

Mr. Costello has been a strategic investor in many publicly traded companies. These companies include Cannabis Strategic Ventures (OTC: NUGS) and Marijuana Company of America (OTC: MCOA). Mr. Costello resides in the Seattle, Washington area and enjoys being a foodie and wine collector, he also is a animal advocate for large breed dogs.

Robert Hymers - Managing Partner

Robert is a licensed CPA with several years of both tax and auditing experience at Ernst & Young ("EY"), LLP, worked in the firm's core assurance practice performing audits of public and private companies, specifically in the real estate industry. He was a member of EY's National Tax Group (FS0) for several years. At EY he provided tax services to REITS, private equity firms, hedge funds, film production companies and banks. He specializes in partnership taxation. In addition, he has a broad range of experience, including ASC 740 tax provision audits, REIT compliance, preparation of 1120, 1065, and 1120S returns, M&A tax advisory work, multi-state tax compliance and international tax consulting.

He is the founding Managing Editor of CSUN's The Tax Development Journal and one of nine professionals to be appointed to a newly formed Cannabis Advisory Taxation Taskforce (CATT) by Fiona Ma (candidate for California Treasurer in 2018) to help the California state law-makers develop and enhance new cannabis tax laws and regulations.

Robert is the managing partner of Microcap Tax Services, Inc. and specializes in providing tax and accounting services for a host of different industries.

Robert L. Hymers, III has served as the CFO of several Publicly Traded Companies. He is one of the founders and was the CFO of Marijuana Company of America, Inc. (OTC: MCOA). The Company produces and sells legal hemp-based consumer products under the brand name “hempSMART™”, that targets general health and well-being and files with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He resigned as the CFO and Director on June 18, 2018.

Robert is the CFO of American Cannabis Company Inc. (OTC: AMMJ) and worked in the past as Chief Financial Officer of Global Hemp Group Inc. (CSE:GHG) (OTC:GBHPF) (FRANKFURT:GHG). He was also the Chief Executive Officer and the President of Everlert, Inc. (OTC: EVLI).

He was appointed to the advisory board of Cannabis Strategic Ventures Inc. (OTC: NUGS) and served as a consultant to Sugarmade Inc. (OTC: SGMD), both being some of the leading publicly traded companies in the cannabis sector, and was tasked with identifying and structuring strategic partnerships and assisting with SEC filings.

Robert is also the founder of many successful private companies, such as the Natural Plant Extracts of California (NPEC), located in Lynwood, CA.

Robert is currently the managing partner at Microcap Tax Services, Inc., a Los Angeles based full scope CPA firm that serves clients in all industries.
